What is Meet, See, Do?

Since 2013, Meet, See, Do – a conference that makes the difference – has gathered more than 350 museum and heritage professionals, from over 15 countries, discussing different issues on more than 80 sessions.

KEYNOTE SESSIONS

Presentations addressing issues related to main topics of a conference, introducing variety of viewpoints, encouraging participants to consider the theme from multiple angles.

WORKSHOPS

Workshop sessions are highly interactive and collaborative tutorials, where presenters demonstrate tools and resources to help participants perform their jobs more effectively.

BMN ASSEMBLY MEETING

Annual meeting of the Balkan Museum Network members – information about important activities and plans.

DYNAMIC MUSEUMS

Dynamic museums is about ideas that challenge and provoke us. The session will open with a few brief but inspirational examples of creative approaches that museums have taken to be more dynamic.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster presentation session is interactive networking between the conference participants. The discussion is based on pre-prepared posters that represent different museums and organisations ctivities and projects.

NEW TRENDS IN HERITAGE

The examples of different approaches to utilization of cultural heritage in different sectors of the society. How can technology enable our work? What are trends for the cultural tourism in the Western Balkan region? Discussing these and more issues and trends concerning heritage.

The Museum of Kosovo is the largest museum in Kosovo, located in the Prishtina city center. It is the main venue of the “Meet, See, Do” conference.

Gračanica monastery has been well known by its impressive frescoes and recognized as outstanding example of medieval religious architecture in Europe.

Ancient city of Ulpiana

Shainderek

The famous Ancient city of Ulpiana used to play an important role in the Roman empire. It has a status of the first Archaeological Park in Kosovo.
